Law graduate from Universidad Panamericana, Mexico City Campus, with over three years of experience in Sports Law. Her career has focused on providing legal support to clubs, athletes, and organizations in specialized legal matters within the sector.
She has experience in reviewing and drafting employment, transfer, and sponsorship contracts, as well as providing legal advice on sports law and sports management. Regina has handled disputes before private international bodies, such as the Mexican Football Federation, the FIFA Football Tribunal, and the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Additionally, she has managed club licensing with the Mexican Football Federation (FMF) and organized friendly matches under FIFA regulations. She has also provided training for the licensing of national and international FIFA agents, as well as courses and workshops in sports law and sports management, contributing to the professional development of those involved in the sector.
