Graduate of the Universidad Intercontinental de México, with a specialization in Corporate Law from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and with Master's studies in Tax Law from the Universidad de las Américas en Puebla.
He studied in the first generation of the International Master's in Football Business and Administration offered by Johan Cruyff University.
Litigation Lawyer specializing in Sports Law. He has held positions such as Legal Vice President at football clubs in Mexico, including América, Atlante, León, Irapuato, and Veracruz, in addition to being an active advisor to clubs, players, representatives, and agents in the football world.
Additionally, he is an advisor to athletes in other sports, such as boxing, baseball, professional wrestling, and martial arts, among others.
As a litigation lawyer, he specializes in proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland, the judicial bodies of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), as well as proceedings before national sports bodies: The Appeals and Arbitration Commission of Sports, and the Dispute Resolution and Mediation Commission of the Mexican Football Federation.
As a professor, he actively participates in the specialties offered at Johan Cruyff University, both in Mexico, Peru, and Ecuador, teaching courses in Football Club Management and International Football Law. Additionally, he is a speaker at various national and international institutions. He has lectured on Sports Law at Universidad La Salle and Escuela Libre de Derecho.
As part of his professional activity, he advises clubs and federations in Mexico and abroad, with notable work as an advisor in Guatemala, Paraguay, and Ecuador.
He was appointed by FIFA as a Match Agent, being the only Mexican to date with such a designation.
He is Managing Partner at LRA Legal & Sports, the only firm in Mexico dedicated 100% to sports law.
